[doc] Cleaning

Ok, As a new owner I appreciate that this is a question that 
everyone has asked before and knows the answer to, but i am a new 
owner. So hear goes:
What is the best product/s to clean and polish etc the stainless 
steel on my DeLorean, bearing in mind I have found out how it 
attracts finger/hand prints so easily
Also for blackening up/treating the rear slatted engine cover.
