The new February 2005 edition of 'Classics' is now available. 
Excellent article comparing a nice Lotus Esprit to a very shiny 
DeLorean, Robin's "1982 D".

The usual DeLorean history is trotted out with reference to the Lotus 
connection. The overall winner.....


"However, a great car as the Esprit may be, it will never provoke the 
same outrage, stares and fascination as when you turn up anywhere in 
a DeLorean. For all its faults, this is still a great driving 
machine. It may be flawed, but it is still useable, and gives 
everyone who sees it a glimpse of an ideal future that will never 
exist"
