Re: [doc] Hole in the block

Well the car has done about 106,000 miles, but the pics look excellent. Interior has the usual crack in the dash, but looks clean and tidy as a whole. He has replaced seats, headliner etc, and the hoses in the engine bay. He thinks that the whole is in the block. It has a few minor dents. The pics he sent (more to come) do look good, the engine bay is surprisingly clean for that much mileage so I guess it has been well maintained.

This is the type of car I would love to perfect though. I dont want one that is in great shape! Have to get to know your car, but does that leak sound really bad? One more question, say it was the block, if I bought a new one from DMCH, would it be possible to put all the old parts onto the new block with DMUK 's help? (only the best ;) )

Thanks a lot for your invaluable advice!
