Stephen and I stopped to look at this car on our way back from a show in Florida in April - not sure how it got to Pennsylvania - and while I believed it to be fixable (anything really is with enough time and money), Stephen convinced the owner to take the insurance money and get another. What the insurance company was offering (around $16K) would not have properly fixed it. IMO, overpriced at $3K (reserve not met) for a rebuilder, though someone with the time, space and patience could part it out for that money.
