ITINERARY

3rd of May Saturday

Delorean Owners Club Meet

The event will take place at: Unit 2, Dunstall Hill Trading Estate, 
Gorsebrook Rd,
Dunstall,
Wolverhampton,
WV6 0PJ.

This venue is the meeting point for all DeLorean Owners Club Members. 
The facility has power, heated shelter, and toilet facilities. This 
is where food and drink will be made available.

I have been informed that the specialist mechanic Darren Bowker will 
be attending on the Saturday. He will be available to take questions 
and view vehicles to offer advise and appraisals.

I have organised another member of our team Steve Keevil to be available to compile digital camera footage of the day and your 
vehicles. This will be compiled into a short film to act as a souvenir of your day with us after the editing of the main film has 
been completed. Steve is a director / cameraman. 

I would also suggest that a road trip be made into the surrounding countryside. Bridgenorth is a nearby traditional market town. The trip and the town may make a picturesque addition to your day. 

Unit 19 will be the filming venue. This will be accessible on the 
Saturday with power provided from a 10 K generator. It has a huge 
sheltered warehouse interior that would be suitable to house all 
vehicles that attended. I have an obligation to the Landlord to 
preserve the floor surface in the warehouse. I would kindly request that any elaborate driving be conducted on the ample exterior driving space provided by the estate.

We would indicate that anyone is welcome to attend the Saturday meet. We hope it will be a great social occasion for all.

Best thing to do is meet at the Industrial Estate rather than my place as it's easier to get to from the motorway. Martin, do we know how/when Darren is getting there on the Saturday? Although I live 'just down the road' I have a couple of commitments in the morning so maybe we should all aim to get to meet at the estate (owners and enthusiasts) for about 1pm? If people would prefer to meet earlier, just let us all know via the list so we all know what's going on! 

At the end of the day, all those staying over can just follow me back from the Industrial Estate to mine to stay over ready for the Sunday's filming.
