Hi Martin,
Thanks for the info... I think it will be a case of putting some foam at the back of the panel to raise the level where it meets the door at the 'curved bit'. At present, the panel definately doesn't have that nice curve that the door panels have. Just got to work out how MUCH to put underneath the panel now!
