Servicing

I'm getting my Delorean serviced up at an Indepentant Jaguar 
Specialist garage, They could do with some technical info on the fuel 
system, electrical etc. I've had other cars sorted there before and I 
trust them.

Is there a Service or workshop manual I could get hold of and where 
can I buy it?
