It's amazing what you can sue for in the US. I'm surprised nobody has sued
an auto maker after they crashed because there wasn't a sign on the dash
that said 'warning - this car can move at speeds in excess of running pace,
exercise caution when driving'. This sign would, of course not be required
on a Datsun Sunny for obvious reasons. www.yellphone.com has descriptions of
a number of outrageous lawsuits under the news stories section that are
worth reading.
