You could have a machine shop make you one out of ally or stainless for a few quid. I know one guy who made himself one. I
could do everythng except the square hole - probably that too given an appropriately small needle file. We use this guy to
make our bits www.jellicle.demon.co.uk don't bother e-mailing, just ring him. His name's Peter.
