Replies to mails

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have my DOC mails sent as a one
mail a day digest and I read through the lot in one go. What happens a lot
is that the same mail is repeated over and over as people include it in
their reply. Sometimes a whole sequence gets in there again and again. Maybe
it's just the weather, but this is stressing me out at the moment. So could
everyone not include the original mail in their reply, or if it is really
important that the 2 mails stay together then leave out the history.
Of course I'm just one voice and not even the moderator, so if everyone is
happy with the way it is, then please just ignore me!
