Chris, Robbie,

Hell... I'd like to see a Delorean too! I can't remember the last time I 
*actually* saw my car! :o(

For all that know, care, or are simply interested there is a DeLorean for 
sale in the club mag in Alton. Funny stories being what they are.... a new 
bloke has started working here with me and the week before last I mentioned 
the Delorean to him. "Oh my dad's got one of them" he says "It's been up for 
sale a while now". Huh?

Anyway he's local to me! Alton being just round the corner!

I went and looked the car over. It's not bad at all. Starts up nicely, 
doesn't smoke. I took her for a drive (first time in a manual) and she drove 
very nicely.. though a bit hesitant when cruising (probably dirty fuel 
lines). Is an early car (Vin#00569) with flap and black interior and is 
overall in good condition. It has lots of things that need doing (missing 
bit of trim here, driver side window doesn't work, spongy brakes).... but 
nothing major. Oh, and it's all original. Tyres and Facia paint!
Needs some TLC but for the £9900 ono it's well worth it.
Plus I have loads of piccies if anyone wants them!

PS... I'd buy it myself but being under 25 means I *still* need another car 
for insurance reasons... 2 Delorean and a daily drive? Not likely!
