Chris,

Opel Manta wheels are very easy to get hold of. Remembering that an Opel 
manta is also a Mk1 vauxhall cavalier and it has the same wheel offset as 
EVERY major vauxhall going. I once swapped 17 inch wheels from a Mk3 
Cavalier to a manta and then an astra. So get hold of any vauxhall 13,14 or 
15 (hell go up to 17 if you're brave) wheel and chuck it on. Scrap yards 
will no doubt have plenty.
This does also open up the world of aftermarket wheels, although caution 
should be taken here as many aftermarket wheels, even those that fit 
vauxhalls, are not the correct offset for even the car they are made for!
