They can't simply make that kind of decision without being able to
justify it properly. (can they?)
Kick up enough of a stink by getting them to explain themselves in
writing and hopefully it will just fade away.
The BTI number I was issued with when I imported my D this time last
year (my God has it been that long?) was 970500 00 90
Apparently 970500 00 00 was no longer valid, perhaps a website
modification is needed, John?
