You don't need a lot really

Money, cash, lots of.

Find out exactly how much you need to pay them the day before you go.
They will only release the car on CLEARED FUNDS. So cheques are no good,
they don't tend to like plastic either since you could in theory dispute
a transaction.

Take some ID - driving license is good.

I have a folder where I keep all the stuff to do with the import. I took
that just to be on the safe side.
