Yes, you are right in a sense. Netscape and Mozilla are two
independant projects though, which use XUL (Extensible User
Interface Language) and XPCOM for cross platform compatability.
Netscape, Mozilla, Opera etc all use these features so they can
use pieces of code from one browser and encorporate it into another
without much (or) no compatabilty problems. You`ll find that
Netscape has "Borrowed" quite a few pieces of code from Mozilla to
better itself, and vise versa. The same goes for any other
aplication or browser using XUL.
(I just wondered if anyone had tried ordering with mozilla, thats
all) LOL.
