 Ian Foster is senior ¡§Urban Planner¡¨, operating all over the world, he
knows his stuff!  We are very lucky to have his expertise.

Secondly, Our new N.I. rep,  Alistair McCann has already obtained permission
for us to use the test track, preferably on a Saturday afternoon.
