Guys,

This is a very small Club / group of friends. There is no point falling out over such trivial matters. 

I would definitely object to the use of the UTV stuff had it been produced commercially and sold for someones profit. As it is, it was produced within the Club for the benifit of Club members, most of whom appeared on the programme.

No court proceedings are necessary!!!
