URGENT HELP - Hazard Light Problem

The Problem :-
Both sets of indicators work, but the left hand Hazard lights (Front 
and Rear) do not.

Trying to Indentify the Fault :-
>From the electrical schematic, I need to check between the hazard 
switch and where the wiring connects to the left hand indicator 
circuit.
The only component I can't indentify or locate within the car is 
component 72  - This component is not labelled (please see 
the 'Hazard Flashing Problem.jpg' in the files section to see what 
I'm talking about)

Does anyone know what this component is ? and also, where it is in 
the car ?
