[doc] Air Con Whiff from Fan belt

Hi 

I have checked the Air Con clutch and the pulley wheels run free as 
do the jockey wheels.

I think the belt is shot and also being to loose or too tight. It 
will need a new belt, which I will get from Martin next week. 

Any other suggestions guys.
