[doc] RE: Number plate size..........

Halfords have made up two rear number plates, one  for me, and one for
Andrew,  but they had to check with head office first, they are
"specifically for USA type cars.
 I took the outer surround especially to ensure a good fit. I even had a
letter from my local DVLA, and at my request they stated "Rear no. plate
Small size".

It took a week to do but I'm happy with the results.

Actually you can't even display a motorbike plate legally in the rear
bezel because the rules state you must have an 11mm border top and bottom
