[doc] Bumper Lettering Fitting???

Ok, I have just got my new door struts and bumper lettering from 
dmuk.  I know how to fit the door struts but the lettering looks a 
bit tricky....  I take it you use some sort of glue or epoxy resin 
to stick the letters on? do you need to sand the back of them or the 
bumper before you stick them?  Any help is very much appreciated.
