[doc] Not Starting

All,

Here's a challenge.

As I reported a few posts ago my D fires up but won't run.

It's had a new fuel pump, and filter. I have just replaced the
injectors. 

The problem is they don't seem to be spraying at all. With the fuel pump
running, and the air flap pressed all the way down I get nothing, not
even a dribble. Yet with the injector removed fuel flows out the banjo
fitting OK.

I assume there is a lack of pressure....

Any help would be appreciated!!
