[doc] Fuel Filter Removal

Hi All,

I'm having difficulty removing my fuel filter.

I've removed the clamp from the chassis and I can unscrew the filter
from the lower elbow, unfortunately the upper fitting stops me from
turning it more than a couple of degrees.

It seems that to do the job easily I have to remove the elbow from the
steel pipe first, but it's stuck solid in the fitting...

There's not enough room to undo the upper fitting....so I'm scuppered.

Help!?
