Dear Phil / All.

Any time from 10.00 am till say 3.00 pm will be fine.

 Unfortunately is raining pretty steadily as I type, but the sky's are lightening in the north west.  We do have plenty of protection under my car port.  But I cant pretend conditions are ideal, so will understand completely if folk arrive late....or not at all!   I can always freeze some of my pasties!

The meeting  will still go ahead, despite the changeable weather.
