[doc] Hot Start Problem

Hi all
I am sending this out for a mate who is about to get his D on the road 
(first time in 15 years) , He got his engine installed during
the weekend, but when the engine is at approx operating temp it will 
not turn over. 
Anyone got any idea's ,
