It is possible to fold the belt, then run the buckle up over the fold and reverse the side of the buckle. It's not that you have two left-handed (or whatever) winders - if you mount them the wrong way around, they just will not work, they lock all the time because they rely in a little ball-bearing running "uphill" if the car stops suddenly. Mount them backwards and the seatbelt locks all the time (been there, done that!)
