Well, my dad and I would usually take it out on Sundays for a run, and I've started driving it...dont tell anyone! :-p But the problem is I'm getting used to driving it, its much better than my Ibiza lol. I would rather be fully legal though, but not pay crazy prices. I heard that too, if I was fully comp on another car I should get on the De Lorean as third party. I'll get my dad to look into his insurance again, they usually turn me down straight away when they hear my age. Thanks Thomas blackaddertoo <blackaddertoo@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: i could be wrong, as i now have trade insurance and classic off road on my D (£100) but if you are fully comp on something else, can you not drive 3rd party on your D? i know the risk, but you could occasionally take out on quiet sundays!- have you tried AON, with 1000 miles only and fully voluntary excess? Regards Steve ps this take me back to the days when i wanted a MK 1 XR2 at 20 in 1988, about £400 (a lot of cash then) just had to do it though! -- In doc-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Thomas Mc Auley <dmc4087@...> wrote: > > See I bought my car as a project (in very poor condition and cheap) when I was 16.
