the lambda sensor is earthed through the thread so don't use any ptfe tape on this one.
the thermo vac switch is just pipes
 
the thermistor is by the two smaller connections.
 
i connected all the water pipes pump y pipe etc together first and put the thermostat top on.
I then pressurised my system with my air compressor and left it overnight.
I checked for leaks the next morning.

(one has a copper seal)
but the lambda sensor, is there only one connection so it must earth

again tried a few ways to clean and got none to work so far.
