Ah SAABS.  I love the old ones. 99, 900, 9000 all have a special place in my
heart and are all bloody good cars.

The 99 and 900 Turbo¹s are very good and very reliable.  My last 900 Did
240,000 miles before I got ride of it.  Not bad as it only cost me £500.

If you need a winter runabout get a 900.  Thy are designed to be worked on
in sub zero temperatures and as such come apart very easily e.g. the
alternator and power steering pump are on top of the engine and very easy to
get to.
