You need customs and excise form CE386

If you imported you car as a non-runner then you will not have been
issued with one yet.

You need to contact customs to get it. Good luck - it took me two days
and about fifteen phone calls (not and exaggeration) to finally get
someone to commit to sending me it :(

hello all, my car has finally passed the mot, but im unsure about
exactly  
what i need to register it. what im not sure about is the customs and
excise  
form they require. I have 2 forms, the bti and importer acquirer
details. i do  
have all the other guff as well i.e. title. Any help would be
appreciated.
