[doc] insurance problems so no mot

can any one help, i have single turbo, and it doesn't rev as crisp as a non  
turbo, it has new injectors, new seals,plugs.dist-cap+rotor,i was wandering if 
 this is a result of the turbo or could it be the metering head. the co 
hasn't  been set yet, any advice would be appreciated cheers tony
