[doc] Missing relay?

Hi again whilst in there...i noticed at the back of the compartment 
there is a loose relay holder without one in it...is this an original 
holder...why would have the previous owner removed the relay...should 
i put one back in?

The whole compartment - the relay holder is white at the top of piccy
