Hi Dan,

1. Has anybody got a list of Quentin problems then ?

2. The 2 mishaps have bugger all to do with Delorean,
but I was showing that mishaps happen to others on
launch days not just JZD getting stuck in the car.

3. Agree someone should have corrected her or not
allow the comment into the show if they are unsure.

4. I know, but as my mum said if you dont have
anything nice to say then dont say anything.

Why should a Ray Rearden look-alike be allow to mouth
off a car constantly without backing up his statements
without facts.  If he sites the normal crap about
doors, performance, build quality etc then his is
talking out of his arse.

Have a look at All car makers produces made around
that time.  They all improved over time, the DMC was
made for 18 months.  Not really enough time to fix the
bugs.  Even the big super-car makers of the time had
problems.

What does this have to do with the DeLorean though?

He didn't say that - a woman journalist said "Doesn't
it do 0-60 in 12
seconds or something?" - she was unsure, but no-one
corrected her. 8.5
seconds is what I have written down. :)

Been there - done that. Like anyone with an opinion,
he doesn't care
what you say - he has his and he's sticking to it!

He certainly knows how to push our buttons though,
doesn't he?
Considering the amount of crap I've had to put up with
at petrol
stations the country over, I think I've a pretty good
handle on it all
now. You own the car AND it's history now.. spread the
word ;)
