RE: [doc] Original BTTF DeLorean in Cornwall!

Hi Scott,

Yes the owner of the car and the Goldsmiths (a very wealthy guy I imagine!)
I was told does live in Jersey. So is most definitely the same car you saw.

D'oh, I can't believe I didn't think to check the VIN! What is the no?

Also the time circuits were working fine (they were even showing the present date) it was just the handle itself that was missing. I did take a small video which I'll try to upload to the group file.

Didn't appear to have anything attached to your last e-mail, can you try to send it again please mate?

All the best

Hi

If this is the car I think it is, I had a private viewing last summer in
Jersey. I have been trying to find out if it is an original by using the
VIN. No luck as of yet. I also noticed the bonnet not fitting the original's
spec. The time circuits worked perfectly when I was in it. Maybe they just
took the handle off to stop people switching them on and off?

Im off to Jersey again this coming Saturday so I will be able to find out if
its the same one then. I know the Mechanic that serviced it whilst it was
(or still is) there. Does the attaced pic show any key similarities to the
one you saw?
