RE: [doc] Value of VIN 16118, ebay 928 mile? car NEED ADVICE



I seem to remember a story that KAPAC coated the chassis on some of the last cars with a black protective coating (probably little more than a standard waxoyling in all honesty). Maybe the "black stuff" on the chassis is original?
