Very true.

I know for a fact that when being driven hard the Ford GT can only return 8 miles to the gallon!!!

It makes you wonder why Ford have brought this car to the UK with fuel prices as they are at the moment when it's hopelessly uneconomical.

The same can be said of the 5.7 V8 Vauxhall Monaro, but obviously someone seems to think that paying 82p a litre for fuel is condusive to driving V8 muscle cars.
