[doc] 6772 - aircon up and running

My air-con is now up an blowing ice cold so we're ready for summer - 
bring it on!
Had a local air con specialist out this morning, full nitrogen 
pressure test and leak test + inspection and pronouced in great 
shape - recharged with ISCEON49 (R12 direct substitute) and aircon 
clicked in immediatly.
Total cost for anyone interested - £55.00
Interesting comment from the guy, he does a lot of re-gassing on 
import cars, even recent ones. Apparantly it is common practice for 
some shipping companies to drain the aircon gas before shipping! 
especially if cars are going to Japan and he has had no end from the 
States with the aircon in perfect shape but just drained of the gas.
I was suprised when the air con was in-op to be honest, the dealer I 
bought it for was very detailed and acurate in everything I asked and 
had said the air con was working fine, so it would fit if the port 
had drained it before shipping. Anyone else heard of this?
