[doc] Brake Fluid?

I am about to change the brake fluid, and am unsure as to exactly 
which one to go for. As I understand it the fluid is dot 4? However is 
there one brand or another better/kinder to the delorean or more 
suited to the car and seals?
Answers/suggestions as to what everyone else uses are most appreciated.
