[doc] radio cut-out size

Anyone know the exact size of the centre cut-out hole for the craig 
radio? If someone knows or has a centre frame out that they can measure 
the hole size for me it it will save me some time :-)- the spacing 
between the control shafts would be usefull to know as well, but I 
think thats standard anyway ...
