I metioned this a while back

There was a petition on a web site which I urged
everybody to print and sign - if you didn't, shame on
you!!

At the time they were talking about a five pound
charge. The fear was that this could rapidly increase.
If what you've heard turns out to be true, well it
didn't take long did it?

Classic drivers are already ripped-off with road tax,
now we could be ripped off again for off-road tax.
