Re: [doc] hey, Transmission change

Well I¹ve had the pleasure of driving both and I must say that good as the
auto is i.e. easier to drive in traffic, no hassles when cruising on the
motorway and having to break etc I will always take a Manual over one any
day.

It all comes down to personal choice and your driving style.  I fell that
the power that the auto takes away is very noticeable, The kick down takes a
while and the fact it¹s only 3 speed makes progress through the gears slow.
Also the lack of engine breaking for me is also something quite tricky
because of the way I was taught to drive.  If your used to heel and toe
changing then you know what I¹m on about.

I enjoy ³tar A**ing² around and so for me the auto does not suit.  For
others though it¹s great.

The best thing is to try both if you can and see for yourself.

aggressive driving style!)
