RE: [doc] Craig Radios

Odd that JZD would fit a radio to those car's intended for the UK market,
which did not pick up the majority of UK radio stations.  Maybe it was
intended to fit a modified Craig to the production UK spec cars.    But the
UK is awash with US cars, a lot imported.  Does every one of them have this
little design-fault built in?  It's also odd that the US digital radio tuner
should restrict the ability to select all odd frequencies on FM, but an
older 'twiddly knob' car radio presumably could not.

Most perplexing.

As I only listen to Radio 4,  that's probably why I'm satisfied with
mine. They look the same on the RHD's.both types.

Harking back to a thread some time ago on Craig Radios (the brand
  apparently
stands for Crap Reception And Interference Guaranteed) was the
teeth-grinding frustration of only being able to select odd-frequency
stations.  I've now discovered a R4 setting and a Norfolk local station
  to
add to R2 and R3.  Nevertheless, a bit limited.

I wondered if anyone had managed to overcome this little quirk on the
  Craig
or any American radio - were the RHD D's fitted with the same radio?
