I'm very sorry Martin, but on the rear, there IS a space...
It's about twice the distance between the other letters.

I've put up a pic I happened to have handy,
look closely and you'll see what I mean.

BTW, as "de" is Dutch for "the" I allways use "DeLorean",
otherwise people here could think that my car is a "Lorean"
