Re: [doc] Brake calliper service kits

If you lived nearer I'd have looked at the car for you. Helped you sort outyour running "issues". I've gone over my engine and found some small minorerrors. Maybe yours just needs a good fettle (well, we all do!)

To make your day I've got a new switch and will be sendine the top of the old switch to you in the post. Have it as a favour or buy me a drink at the next DOC meeting. Have a nice weekend.

Nick.

Hi all,

Has anyone on the list found a good priced supplier for the front
brake calliper service kits.

I know you can buy them from the USA vendors at about £20.00 +
shipping per calliper, but I am sure they must be availible cheaper
in the UK.

I think these same callipers may have been used on some Triumph
models as they look so damn similar to the ones on the front of my
Spitfire, in which case Rimmer Bros would hold them.

So if any knows of a supplier let me know.

Vin# 5462 still runs like a dog, so I have locked it away and
diverted attention to my spitfire, it's so damn cheap compaired to
the DMC!

Many Thanks
