Hello to all the "Room 501 participants" (enthusiasts and owners alike),


Firstly, apologies for the lack of info posted in the last few days regarding the filming weekend. I have recently been working to get my car looking 'relatively sorted' for the filming but unfortunately I will probably fall far short of the targets I set myself. My car currently has the roof removed and has no outer door seals so looks VERY kit car-ish. Being as I'm away from home till Friday I'm not sure what state my car wil be in by the weekend! Might have to just put it all back together and take it down as it is :( So it will look like a genuine (mis)product of Belfast!! On the upside I might have my "James RG inspired" torsion bar adjusting tool ready by the weekend if there are any volunteers to help take some torsion off my doors?! And of course if anyone else fancies a portion of torsion it's there for anyone to use.

As regards plans for Saturday, do we have a firm idea of what want do do (i.e. just mingle about and fettle our cars or go out for a scenic drive). Also, how many people are looking for a place to stay in Wolverhampton on Saturday night pre-filming? If I know numbers then I can sort out how many people I can put up for the night. Martin, did you say that yourself and Claire and Dave were staying at a mate's house?

A number of people have asked for directions to make their own way direct to the trading estate for the filming on Sunday. To benefit everyone I will post some info about direct directions etc. onto the mailing list tomorrow night (Wednesday night). If anyone has any further questions then just give me a shout and I'll do my best to keep everything fully organised and tickety boo.
