As a page on my web site I would like to build a directory of the UK cars
and their owners. In a simple format of VIN number (last 5 digits) owners
name, county and cars name( if applicable)

If there is any one who objects to this please let me know and I will
reconsider, If not and you would like to take part in trying to find out
just how many cars are in the UK let me know the above details.

Also if you know of cars that are not on this list that would help as well
