I think thats a good idea, Chris. Obviously there are now 3 quite large events in the planning stage so a decision on the 'main event' needs to be made at some point. 
Like most people, we're up for all three, but for the main event geographical location needs to be considered with regards to somewhere that is easy to get to and is accessible by as many members as possible. 
Anyway, I have enquired as to whether there is an entrance fee payable for the Renault meet so can let you know as soon as. Paul, d'ya reckon you can sweet-talk Shuttleworth into giving us free entrance???

I'm going to compile a "list" of all the various shows ( we have discussed)
in the next few days and we will have to try and decide which will be our
"major" event where we try and get most numbers, any thoughts...please feel
free to comment.
Some of them are rather close together( time wise) .

Then this will be published in the next newsletter, unfortunately not
everyone is into these "electric typewriter thingy's".

It the Reno meet free to us? You'd be surprised how some folk object to
paying even small amounts of entrance fees
