Dear Mr Parnham,

Thank-you for responding so quickly, your email is very much appreciated.

I realise that actual DeLorean 'DMC-12' automobiles are quite a rarity in
this country and that those few who are here may indeed be a mix of both
left and right hand drives. This issue does not overly concern me, it is the
number of vehicles I can acquire for the shoot that really counts. However,
I wish to remain realistic in terms of what I set out to achieve. Although
this is a large project and I have equally grand ideas when it comes to the
'Factory Scene' itself, at the end of the day, there is only a limited
quantity of 'DMC-12's available and I will accept any amount of help offered
to me, be it 23 cars or just 5 - 6.

On reading back my own correspondence, I came to realise that the details
regarding the 'Factory Scene' were relatively vague. To help clarify
matters, you will find below a precise description of exactly what I am
looking for. Please realise that although this information is correct at the
time of writing, certain details [specifically times, dates and locations]
are subject to change as the pre-production stage progresses; I will notify
you immediately should this be the case.

Room 501 Project 'Factory Scene' Requirements:

- As many DeLorean 'DMC-12' automobiles as possible [all types / ages; both
Euro or American derivatives]
- All 'DMC-12' vehicles to be in original condition [no obvious conversions;
eg. colour paint re-spray]
- Self transportation [DMC-12 vehicles must be able to make their own way to
shooting location]
- All those involved must be available for a one day / 12 hour period for
filming purposes.

Room 501 Project 'Factory Scene' Details:

- Filming will take place in a safe 'warehouse' site in a central location
[either London or Midlands; TBC]
- Filming will last for the period of one day [8:00am - 8:00pm; TBC]
- Once arranged, all 'DMC-12' vehicles will remain stationary during filming
[no driving required in camera]
- All 'vehicles' used in the film are covered by our comprehensive filming
insurance [details will be posted]
- All 'DMC-12' vehicle owners will be catered for during the length of the
shoot [period TBC]
- All 'DMC-12' vehicle owners will get the opportunity to see a working film
cast and crew. [actors / cast TBC]
- Professional 'making-of' photographs will be taken and made available to
all 'DMC-12' vehicle owners.
- All 'DMC-12' vehicle owners who take part will receive a copy of the film
'Room 501' upon completion.

In addition to this, the UK DeLorean Owners Club will obviously be invited
to cover the filming event; which could perhaps form some of the content for
your D.O.C newsletter?

If either yourself or any of your members have and questions or comments
regarding the film and / or any of the points I have mentioned, please do
not hesitate to contact me; I would be more than happy to talk it over.

Once again, your help regarding this matter is greatly appreciated -
thank-you.

Yours Sincerely,

A.D.Holt [Director]
