Trailing arm bolts - please help! : - (

Hi all,

Just put my car up on my ramps and had a good look at the trailing
arm bolts, the drivers side (LHD) appears to be bent, but has all the
shims. The passenger side however is bent, has no shims and the nut
was finger tight!!!, I can wiffle the washer with my fingers.

This probably explains the rear end swaying, I had suspected the TABs
for some time but stupidly had not got round to checking them.

How do I get them off? do they actually go through the chassis or are
they bolted to the plate thing which is then attached to the chassis?
it is an automatic tranny and so I can only really see one side of
the TAB.

Also can I get the upgraded version of the bolts from somone in the
UK or is it a USA vendor job?

My car will be off the road until I have changed the bolts.

Thanks for any help in advance.

James RG
