Metering head and control pressure regulator can be reconditioned by Ken 
Mills Petrol Injection in London (check directory enquiries). Excellent 
service, not cheap, but they will come back like new.
Idle speed governor - mail richard.johnstone@xxxx - he 
has a contact in Manchester who has loads of engine spares (he got a 
crankshaft pulley).

Or go to the US for it.
